Front Fog Lights

i have got an is200se - y reg and want to replace my front fog lights as the present on the previous owners doesn't seem to of connected. the wiring/cables connecting the fog lights appear quite badly rusted up.

So:-

A) Does anyone know where to buy some new/used ones - as they have started to get condensation/moisture in them! - I am in essex if that helps if not do they deliver?

B) Are they easy to remove because on looking at first it looks like the whole wheel arch plastic cover needs to come off just to get to them!

sorry if this has been asked numerous times before but want to get them sorted out as they appear old and are misted up now moisture has got in!

You can get them out from the front of the car matey if you have a ratchet spanner but might have to get your hands behind the arch liner to unplug the bulb as there on a short lead?,, :)

easiest is to go in from the arch liner - just peel the bottom section away
