Knocking From Front Drivers Side

Hi guys, this has probably been asked before, but, my W reg IS 200 (75,000 miles) has developed a knocking noise from the front drivers side, its only quiet but is worrying me slightly. It happens when going over sharp bumps, e.g. pot holes. Any suggestions what it might be?

I had this a few months ago ..and have posted a thread on here..had also spoken to TONY@WIM...he also suspected it was the anti roll bar drop links...my car was under warranty so taken it to lexus hatfield they replaced the front shocks..( still the same noise ) so taken it back in and they replaced the top suspension mount ( drivers side ) and hey presto the noise has now gone ( apparantly it was knackerd and was being knocked against by the shock? ) ( dno im no expert on suspension stuff ) ...so could be either the drop links OR the top mount knocking.

You need a anti rattle brake kit, speak with your local dealer i think it cost around £56.
