Have you checked the legalities of the "raffle"? Only I remember a similar thing being stopped for a flat due to some legal thing. Also does the XBox include delivery as it doesn't say?

Steve, the xbox doesn't include delivery, when I've sold a console before it's about £15.

Interesting you raised that about legality, as someone else mentioned it on another forum ..... I'll ask the owner of the site in the morning about it !

Regarding the license - I had a similar issue for the event at Japan North - A GAMBLING LICENSE! Pathetic.

Thanks for the support so far, but unfortunatley as those have identified some charity licence is needed .... what pathetic rubbish that is!

Seeing as the bloke who owns the site is obviously a copper, he has asked for it to be put on 'stand by' for the moment untill he tries to obtain one of these licence's!

He has stated that he will refund any monies paid via PayPal when he finishes his shift at 10pm.
