People may of seem my posts about the various problems I have had with my car and the lack of service from dealers. I have certainly seen posts from other members regarding things such as calipers, alloy wheels,etc.

After just speaking to Lexus Customer Relations again, they have failed to solve any of my problems, I am therefore writing to the Lexus GB MD and BBC's watchdog.

The more people who contact watchdog the better, it may get the problems noticed - you can contact them by visiting
