Steering Is250se 2006

Whenever backing out of our drive, or turning into same using nearly full lock, there is often a clunk and feedback from the steering. Is this something that needs investigating?

not sure, with it being the IS250, but on my IS200 i had the same noise and it was my ball joints.

Mine also does the same (IS200), might be the brake pads moving?

Get same on my 250 fitted with 17" wheels on full lock. It was tyre scrub / jump on full lock which clunked through steering wheel. More extreme turning out of drive due to downward slope of drive meeting upward camber of road.

Had the same problem on mine, so had dealer have a look at it and they said it was the anti-roll bar brushes that had worn and some sort of strut relating to the anti-roll, and they replaced them FOC as a gesture of good will (done 65k so out of warranty) as I have had a lot of issues (rattles etc) since day one.

Only got it back yesterday and haven't had a chance to test properly.

I will give it a proper test tomorrow, when I will get a chance to drive round and round in circles with full lock in an empty car park at work in the morning...hope no-one sees me, they will think I am mad If its still there, i'll be going back to the dealer.
