Thats ridiculous, how do you afford it?

Also if you think the traction control is bad, (which it is) have you considered the Racelogic one? it cuts in stages, and you can adjust the allowed slip before it intervenes as well.

yes this is a very old post but hey...

is there anyway someone could have set up trc wrong as my car has alot wrong with it atm but something i noticed is when you turn sharply it speeds up quickly?

also the trc button doesnt work its forever blank as if wired on.

i'm waiting for a new throttle body atm to make sure sensors and throttle motor are ok then reading this made me think-

maybe its constantly cutting power, due to somebodys wiring? or maybe i need to go to sleep lol

anybody have any constructive critisism on the idea?

thanks.

I have is 300 an think the same awfull system literally cuts power wen u want it. I have enough power in my 300. to get the backend out. but even when I turn my TRC off. it still cuts in when it feels like it. think it's a great idea to be able to turn off fully and on constantly when you wish. Is it that simple. To just rewire it.

The trc button should light up or go off when you press it so as you say maybe something wrong or someone hardwired it.

I think the is300 has trc and vsc compared to our is200 and you were not able to turn the vsc off completely. maybe an is300 member can provide some info.

And yes good job resurrecting a 4year thread!
