Multimedia (nav & Phone) 'moving' Lockout

Hi All...

have been driving my IS 220d now for a few days and im impressed so far...

the only annoyance is with the that as soon as the vehicle is moving most of the functions of the sat nav programing or phone settings etc can not be changed....im guessing its for saftey but is annoying as hell...especially if your co-pilot is the one pressing the buttons..

can it be disabled??...its a pain in the ***** finding somewhere to pull over to then let the OH enter the address in to sat nav!

.......also...sat nav lady (who i have started to call m'lady due to her jolly wel spoken english accent! ) only comes out of the drivers side front speaker...as does the phone calls...can this be tweaked to come out of all the speakers?
