Fixing Front Car Plate Ls400

Hi,

I recently got Lexus through vehicle auction, but the front car plate is detached. (LS400 1996 Reg)

I checked the car plate. It has not got any holes to fix the screws....to the base of number plate.

Any ideas how can I do myself? or Cheapest option?

Thanks for your quick reply. Do this sticky pads secure number plates very well?

Yes mate they work quite, The best way to do it is to clean the surface where your going to apply the pads with white spirit, then warm the area up a little so they bond better, you can use a hairdryer but only lightly warm it up and then stick the pads on to the car first to get the position then apply the plate onto the pads :)

You can also buy rolls of double sided foam tape that works aswell, you can cut that to bigger sizes to make it even more secure :D
