thanks to my gf my car has had an impact with a curb, on the front right wheel.. i can see the wheel is pushed back roughly 1/4 too 1/2 an inch further back than the drivers side, also this wheel now rubs on the inside of teh arch alot more than the drivers side.

handling is fine, tracking is still straight and true, but being lowered and on 18's im finding the left wheel rubs alot more than the right espiecilly under breaking...

right, so what parts do i need to fix this, and is it possible my sub frame is bent out of shape?

oh another issue ive had, bene doing this for a while (since ive lowered it) but im getting a knock from the front suspension, ive changed the springs and dampers and its not these sounds like bushes.

as i know nothign about bushes and suspension, im not sure what needs to be done or what any of the parts are, so can anyone explain what checks i can do to see whats wrong and maybe tell me what parts i need.

cheers
