What Discount Can We Get From Lexus?

the final part I need before I can send the car to the bodyshop and get it repaired is a full front panel but can someone tell me what sorta discount we can get from lexus? When I rang lexus bolton I managed to get a price IIRC of £163 inc vat for a full front panel for my IS200 and this was including a 10% discount. Can someone tell me if this is a good price as I was told £250 including chassis leg ends from a breakers? Can we get any further discount than 10% from lexus also??

AFAIK, normally you get 10% off parts and servicing if you are a Gold member and your local dealer subscribs to the Gold scheme. But if you are buying a few parts (worth a few £££), then a dealer may give you a discount.

There is more info on the various Gold discounts on the Gold forums, although I realise that's not too helpful if you're not already a Gold member and therefore can't access them.

I guess "it depends" is the answer. I got a better discount than the standard Gold discount from a Lexus dealer on one item, at the end of the day it depends on how keen they are to get your business/shift the part/etc.

£163 inc. VAT for a full front panel??? The front bumper up to the headlights & Grill? Rip their arm off, my front air dam for my IS250 cost me £165 and that was from the USA.

Front panel is what holds your rad,headlights,slam panel bumper etc mate. Its the metal frame basically behind the bumper. Would anyone suggest me getting quotes off other lexus dealers or would I get the same prices you think? Only problem is that for the north west its only lexus bolton that do body parts now apparently, well thats what lexus manchester told me IIRC
