I could be wrong, but that looks like a pic of a regular HKS Hi-Power.

I couldn't see anywhere in the eBay description that said you could remove a bit to change the sound.

I'm guessing that they've just put up the wrong pic, and it is really a Silent Hi-Power. But if I was going to buy this I'd certainly want to check with the seller first to make sure.
