Hello, New To Site

Hello everyone, I will soon purchase an sc300. My former car was a 4 door Accord. I performed an H22a engine swap on it to give it a little more power ( the H22a is the Prelude VTEC engine rated at 200 hp). It was a good car but it was recently stolen, recovered and deemed totaled.

Now i feel it is time to upgrade to something nicer, and the sc300 is really the only car im considering. I will most likely be getting an early 90s model and eventually doing the 2jz-gte engine swap.

How many of you have this swap? I have heard it is a drop in affair, and I have also heard it is quite complicated. I imagine its somewhere in the middle. I suppose the wiring could be the hardest part because correct me if im wrong but the supra motor and the sc engine share a basically identical bottom end-as far as mounting points are concerned, right?

one of our members (supracharged-IS340) is currently doing exactly this swap into his IS.
