Refund Problem, Any Help Please !

Hi everyone,

some members will know of my difficulties i had with my laptop keyboard about 2 weeks ago.

I ordered a brand new one from acer outlet link to website but the mrs managed to fix the original and so i returned it to them

there have said in a email there refunded the amount on 29th May at 10:49am, but I have seen no sign of this and the bank have said nothing is due

Aceroutlet have said this:

"Hello Mr Ull-Din,

Thank you for the reply. I'll be honest, I am not sure what else I can do to help. The refund has been processed and is no longer on our system. I have included a screen capture of my admin area clearly showing the refund, along with the relevant dates and details. Your bank must know about this.

I don't know what else I can provide that will prove that it has been done.

i have sent an email saying that i am willing to wait till this friday for the refund as this gives 11 working days and if it does not appear and bank does not confirm then i request the refund via cheque

Did the screen print show your bank details? were they entirely correct?

no the screen print did not show the full details, just the last 4 digits of the card number

not sure what to do, will leave till friday and see what happens

You really need to contact the bank first in my opinion.

Was it a debit card or credit card?

Show your bank copies of emails etc. from the suppliers which state that the refund has been actioned from their end. Your bank should then be able to trace it via the bank account that the original payment was made to.
