1995 Ls400 Cd Changer Model

I need a cartridge to get the in dash CD player working in my 1995 LS400.

I believe the cartridge is a JD-T612 but to be sure does anyone know the model number of the Pioneer Unit as fitted?

that will fit the mark 3 95-97 but may also fit the mark 4 - i have just checked mine and its the same part number - my LS is 96
