Cambelts - A Bit Confused

I have a Lexus IS200 1999 and I am looking for the right timebelt. I bought the Gates T885 for Lexus IS200 but it has only 27mm width. Then I saw 5282X on internet from an eBay seller with a much wider timing belt. I googled the code and it came up with one that has only 27mm....so I a bit confused. If I get the stuff from uk would they fit the australian version...I guess they should but even when I called the guys from Lexus they told me that the belt has 27mm so I am confused..how come you guys have wider cambelts? The tensioner looks different and I am a bit concerned that is not going to fit the kit off eBay.co.uk

Please help.
