Gs430 2001 Coilovers

Hi Peeps,

I have just bought myself a gs430 v8 on a 2001

awesome machine and bags of torque

I have a couple of questions i hope you could help me with

1. does the gs430 share the same suspension as the gs300..??

2. my power steering doesnt seem to work, its there ever so slightly but its very hard to turn on standstill, and when driving.

I would really appreciate your help as i have 2 faulty rear shock absorbers that are leaking and clunking, and i have a set of gs300 mk2 coilovers just wanted to know if they would fit

sorry i cant help with the shocks,

power steering- sounds silly but us there fluid in the power steering bottle? could be a faulty/shot steering pump! as you say it is there slightly im hoping it is just very low on fluid. but then begs the question why is it low?

pop the bonnet and then get back on here

I fitted the coilovers, they were a straight fit with no issues

the power steering fluid is just under max so is more than enough.

i jacked the car up and noticed some oil slightly leaking from the rubber boot on the drivers side steering rack

Does this mean i need to replace the whole steering rack..??
