btw i pulled mine and i am getting it fixed by the manufacturer.

not exactly sure what the Japanese guy was saying but there was quite a bit of dust,

probably some ash since the owner before me smoked, and it clogged up some of the feeding gears.

if i had caught it early enough, would have been a simple cleaning, no parts replacement...

but most of the gears were chewed up and mangled, and some of the finer gear axles were bent out of shape,

and i think a spring sprung or something like that;

if you are just removing it to install another head unit,

you could probably get rid of it on here for a good price,

brand new they cost quite a bit, so don't get haggled down too much.
