Help Please Re Oxygen Sensor Location

Recommended Posts

The Engine light in my LS430 is on. I have used a scanner which comes up with the code P0155 - Sensor heater circuit malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1) I think this is pre cat (front) on the drivers side. I would appreciate it if someone can confirm if I have got the right location so as I can be sure to buy the correct replacement.

Incidentally the car seems to run perfectly and recently passed the MOT with the light on.

Any help will be appreciated

I had the same on mine not long ago. This article helped:

http://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls430/4451...rt-numbers.html

although remember that this is for a left-hand drive car so when they refer to drivers side, it's the other way around.

FWIW, I sourced a Bosch Universal part (from the US, as it happens) and got the whole job done for £159 which is a lot cheaper than a main dealer will charge you.
