Help Please.. Engine Light On After Air Sensor..

hi just changed the plugs and started the car back up but forgot to plug the sensor in on the air box now the eingine light has come on does anyone know how to turn it off. ??

its still on even though i have plugged the sensor back in >??

From what I understand, you may need to use one of the OBD2 code readers/testers to reset the light. I am thinking of getting one of the type that provide an interface to a laptop, such as currently at:

Hey there. If you remove the negative lead to the Battery for about a minute and reconnect it, the light should be off. saves having to get access to a computer.

if that don't work just take the sensor back out and blow it (worked for me) and stick it back in properly

thanks guys i managed to do it i removed one of the ecu fuses and another one which i forgot for 30 seconds then put them back in that cured the problem :)
