Another Clutch And Flywheel Question

Hi, I have done a search and read up about replacing the clutch and flywheel. It seems that the olny option is the lighter flywheel, which requires a specific type of clutch. I think I have found the clutch here: http://www.japarts.co.uk/shop/index.php?sh=search&make=39&model=IS∩=&prevo=&hidden_make=&s=&vehicle_iid=440&sn=Clutches/Drivetrain&cat=2227_2301_2330_15006_9000005 but could I check that it is the right one please. Also, where does one get the flywheel from in the UK? I have only found a place in the States selling it and I could do with it quicker than that. Thanks for your help, Simon.
