Cd Player Problems

i have just bought a x reg is200 and i love it, but im having problems with the cd player, ?

every time i try to load a cd i am pressing the load cd button and i am getting the msg (wait cd 1) this flashes for a few seconds and then it goes back to radio. it wont let me insert a cd into the drive. whats wrong with it, is it something simple, or is it gona have me pants down to pay for it... everyone i have spoken to over it are saying it will cost a fortune to fix, is this the case? please, please, please help required.

Before you click on this forum, you have a choice of forum by model and further down, forums of a general nature. Firstly use the search facility in the IS200 forum and also have a look in the Audio forum and do a search there. Chances are you will find the answer you need or find a member who appears particularly knowledgable whom you could PM (private message). Failing that, re-post your question in the relevant forum. Its probably not going to cost a fortune to fix.
