just bought a gs 300 registered on an x plate sept 2000 and there isnt a manual to show how things work or a service history whats the best way of obtaining either please

Firstly, have a look at the GS300 forum and search it for example "owners manual." When you have tried various different terms without success (and it is a massive resouce) try posting your query in that forum, rather than in here.
