Hi has anyone ever fitted a set of 17" five spoke is200 wheels to a LS400 if so did you have any problems fitting them and what size tyres did you use I know the LS is on 225/60/16 so I would be think 225/55/17 would be the same rolling radius ? Steve.

there was a piece on a tv program, Wheeler Dealer i think it was called, were the presenter bought a 92 LS400 and put IS200 wheels on it. If you have a dig about on You Tube you can find it. Its in about 4 parts but i definately remember him putting bigger IS200 wheels on it to "fill out the wheel arches".

There are some good 90-93 LS400 tv ads from the states on there too.

Hi they will only fit on a mark1 or 2, they wont clear the callipers on a mark3 or4.

Looks like I am either going to sell them or make them fit, does anyone have a list or do they know what wheels fit what model from another model or a different make of car Steve.

Ls 430 17s fit a mark 3 or mark 4 if not speak to rochford wheels & tyres as only a very few aftermarket wheels fit & they are in the know.

You can work it out from this link http://www.carbibles.com/tyre_bible_pg4.html and if the maths aren't right and if you value any aspect of the car you would like to fit them to, dont. My mate insisted his old Supra wheels would fit his new (to him) Merc. 15 mins later it was a write off.

I know that Nissan 350Z and Skyline GTR wheels will fit my MkIII, as will Mazda RX8 wheels. I know this as I have tried them all to see what looks best. I currently have the 17 inch DHP wheels on my car, and think they suit the car best of these four wheels.

I like some of the wheels fiited to the cars on www.clublexus.com but on checking nearly all of them are only available in the US. Importing them is just too expensive when I add VAT, duty and carriage. There are some aftermarket wheels avsailable in the UK, but very few float my boat or fit my finances. I do like the Wolfrace Sharks though.........
