Looking To Buy A Lexus Is200

Hi guys I'm looking to buy a Lexus IS200. (Current Car Ford Fiesta) I've seen a 2004 Lexus IS200 SE 4DR Metallic Silver colour 36,000 Miles One Owner Full Lexus History They say it's a high spec model with park distance control The price is 6,250 From the pictures and the information seems really good but I have a a few questions. I was wondering since the car is over 6 years but with low milleage, should I be worried if the timing belt hasn't been changed? And finally is the price reasonable? Thanks :)
