Changing From Run Flats To Regular Tyres

I have purchased an SC430 and have realised that the tyres are not run flats (yes I know I should have checked each tyre). I am looking for input on what impact this change would have made to the car. Will this compromise the handling? Will it negate my insurance as OE was run flat? Is this a real no go for the model?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Just discovered that although the first SC430 came out with run flats these were discontinued after much customer complaint and newer SC430's do not have run flats and the suspension was modified to cater for this change. So my concerns were misplaced and I will ask more questions before becoming concerned.
