Help, Final Questions Before I Put In My Stereo...

Hey guys havent been on in awhile, how yall doin? Anyway, im installing my setup,

This is what i bought.

and i have a couple questions,

1. the turn on lead goes to the antenna wire on the back of the stock radio right? which one is the antenna wire? a pic would be great do i need to splice the wires?

2. since im usin the stock radio, i bought a speaker level to rca converter, can i pull the wires out of the subs in the back, or do i have to get the wires before they go into the factory amp? if i have to do it before the amp, a picture would be great, thanks

I know about electronics and audio, but im no guru, so plain english please :D It's an IS300 btw
