Strange Beep.

I recently purchased a 2006 RX350, 30,000 miles, and I'm enjoying it very much.However I have some oddities! I've tried to search previous topics without success.

1/ Thirty seconds after engine start I get a single beep. No alarm conditions show, and the air suspension is still pressurising. Easy access is still flashing, takes about a minute to complete.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

2/ I cant get auto locking to work. I've tried all the suggestions on here without success. I have to assume that it is not available to this model. Can anyone conform that?

Thanks for the thought. I'll check it later, but I don't think it is that. It seems to me that it can happen when I'm rolling.

I've done a check and the 'beep' happens when I'm in Park or rolling, so no brakes on. It is always 30 seconds after engine start.

Hello,

I have recently bought a 2005 and the only beep I get like this, is telling me it hasn't been able to connect to blue tooth,(a message comes up on the sat nav screen too). This doesn't suprise me as I havn't got far enough through the manuals to know how to do this yet.

Connecting to Bluetooth works fine, It's not that. It's always exactly 30 seconds after ignition. Oh well, another oddity to live wwith.

Now if I could just get Auto-Lock to work!
