If you are an AA member have a look at their used car parts & labour warranties. ( www.theAA.co.uk) Your car has to be under 100k miles. I paid £24 when I bought a GS300 in a Friday. On Sunday the radiator burst. The AA came out. A lexus garage fitted a new rad. about £450 all for free. When you consider that when my LS400 started misfiring and my Lexus garage wanted £252 for a set of 8 plug leads it makes sense. I have no connections with the AA. and there are exceptions, of course - wear and tear etc. I reckon Lexus owners might benifit more than most with this warranty not because the cars brake down, they don't, but because the repairs are costly.
