Sat Nav Upgrade Disc

Recommended Posts

I always get mine from http://www.lexus-mapupdates.eu/

But you can try eBay, as when I upgrade, I always sell my old set on and get some cash back. Just MAKE sure they are the correct discs. The link I have given you should give you the exact part numbers for the new discs, but you will have to enter the part number which is on your current discs.

Not quite an answer, but I bought an upgrade disc from Lexus Sheffield for around £140 early this year - for my 2001 SC430, which has worked fine. However, having just bought a 2004 RX300 as well, does anyone know if this disc will fit and upgrade the RX's sat nav? The screens look the same...... Also, is there any reason why the Sat nav doesn't accept post code locations?

The RX has replaced the faithful, reliable grey import '98 Harrier, still running well at 83k miles, but with the usual import problems - radio not fully functional and sundry electrical problems over the 3 year ownership. Still, it turned us into Lexus avids!
