Drivers Seat Electrics Help

I bought my IS200 back in November and since ive had it, some of the adjustment on the drivers seat havent worked. Ive just pulled my back for the 2nd time this week and ive decided i realy need to get this sorted so i can set the seat so its better for my back

basically the front and rear height adjustment isnt working, when u use the switch, there is a buzzing on both sides so it seems the motors are working but its not doing anything. Is it possible that these motors have just become dislodged from a gear system or something?

Could be, the only way to find out for sure is unbolt seat and tip it backward while still connected.Then you can operate electrics and see if there's an obvious fault.

im having the exact same problem. Mines a t reg and only the drivers seat is electric. its works perfectly but just the height bit does not work.

Might just be a case of cleaning contacts in switch, the contacts get tarnished due to not being used much.

where about is the contacts switch located ?
