Annoying Noise From Front Suspension

I'm getting a really annoying clicking type of noise from the front suspension of my car

every time i go over uneaven ground or speed bumps. I notice it most at very low speeds,

and more so when i have a full car.

Any ideas of what it could be ? it's driving me mad.

recently had tie rod end and ball joints replaced, so think we can rule them out.

Did you have the anti roll bar drop links replaced? They're common for rattles over uneven surfaces when in a pretty straight line. The rattling should stop during cornering though as they then come under tension.

I haven't had those replaced so it could be. I will check them.

As a hint, you really need both wheels off the ground to check them. If you lift just one side then it puts the ARB under stress and makes it very difficult to check for play in the drop link ball joints.
