Lights Dim

Hi everyone got a query here new to the site found it quite helpful on the past owned my is200 about a year now n have just noticed tonite that when my light are on if I go to put ma window down all my lights dim interior and exterior just as I initially put the switch then go back to full brightness just wondering if anyone can has had the same problem n if they have any idea how to sort it

I doubt it will be fuses as everything still works right?

Mine has done this since I've owned it. It also dims the lights when u switch the heated screen in as well, only for a split second. I changed the Battery but it still does it. Asked Lexus to look at the alternator when they were servicing it but they said its fine and working correctly. They also checked the alternator belt was the correct tension and it was. So they had no idea how to cure it. I've ended up living with it and don't even notice it now.

Yeah everything still works just a dim for a split second when u press something will check the fuses an alternater just incase cheers for the help

I did think that but nae harm in lookin was mabye thinking the Battery cause I get a work van so its really only used on weekend n sometimes nae at all if I'm workin all weekend have had a few times she's been sluggish to start when nae used never need to jump start but a couple slow turns over then fires up thought mabye Battery nae holding a full charge n that could be why but dunno will hae a look at alternater n Battery at weekend cheers for all ur help guys
