Buying Sat Nav For Is220

Hi all

I'm looking to buy a sat nav screen for my is220d I don't currently have the sat nav unit that comes with Lexus but will it still work?

Any help would be brilliant

Do you mean one to interface into the existing set up or a stand alone unit?

There is a lot of work involved in changing a non sat version to an OEM fitted version.

Yes was wanting to use interface model. Found one on eBay earlier £160 for the head unit only, looking like its gonna cost approx £2k though :-(

If I was you I would consider getting an aftermarket single din multimedia unit with a retractable screen. Most of them have satellite navigation now.

You can get a single din dash kit for the 2IS from here to get the 'factory fitting' feel.

Flyaudio or the OEM navigation system are not worth it. They are both outdated and sluggish.

Been to Halfords today who refuse to work on is220 model as too difficult to work with. :-(
