The cambelt on the is200 is easily do-able following the guide on here. I did one some time ago on one of my old 200;s and surprised me how easy it was.

Budget 3-4 hours and take it steady and double check everything.

best use a air gun to get it off or you will need a long strong arm bar to go on the socket best to use a six side impact socket and a chain wrench to go around pulley also if its a manual car put it gear and get someone to put their foot on the brake pedal these bolts can be very tight I have seen people put the socket and strong arm bar against the inner wing and flick the starter motor this is usually the hardest part don't forget to change the idler and adjuster assemble and if the car is a high mileage change the water pump good luck

Definately use a strong 6 sided socket and a breaker bar/t bar. Long enough to reach passenger wing crossmember, then flick ignition key quickly to start then off again immediately.with car not in gear.
