Does that actually turn the beep off, or just remove the speed limit info on the display (not sure why you would not want to know the speed limit TBH)?

Just to confirm, turning off the POI speed icon does not turn off the beep beep.

That's how the dealer showed me. I will have a play and let you know. I have a separate Garmin with all the speed cameras not just the fixed ones as on the Lexus.

It does stop the speed limit being displayed, although why wouldn't you want to know the speed limit?

It does not stop the beep beep. If you go abroad where it is illegal to have camera warnings, the map system knows this and you won't get the warning.

Any update in switching off the audible speed camera beep from the ML Sat Nav. 2010 IS250

I know this is an old post but the only way you can turn off the fixed speed camera alerts is at a Lexus dealer for the IS250. Mine was to loud so i went to Lexus Sidcup Kent to have it deactivated. There is no way it can be done on the Mark Levinson infotainment unit. If your savy with Techstream rather than go to the dealer you might be able to deactivate that way. 5 mins and no charge at Sidcup Lexus
