Hey I know there have been many other threads about the same subject but I haven't managed to find one with the exact same problem.

Basically my problem is that I unlocked the car and rolled down the windows with the key everything went fine and all worked, once reaching a faster road I closed all the windows which also worked fine. The problem is when I got to a slow bit of traffic I tried to roll the windows back down and nothing only the offside front window works, when I got home I tried them again with the lock windows button in every position and still nothing.

The next day when I got in to go to work the car unlocked but then when I opened the door all the locks started to go crazy trying to unlock themselves then just stops and still no windows, I haven't had the Battery disconnected and the fuse seems fine so Im now stumped!

P.S I called up my local Lexus and they wanted £130 just to look at it which I simply do not have, =[

Thanks J . W

Hi Lecutus I have a 2008 is220d and had same problem: its nothing to worry about, its the settings, and you need to go to each door and roll all the way down then all up the window and after try from main driver door console-that should sort out! then repeat for the other doors. It'll flash wich means settings changed. Let me know how did it go..

About the door lock flashing...if it flash 5times when u grab the handle that means its settings again but this time..I dunno...from my experience with own car, it opens only driving door wich I've being told that to change this to all doors unlock option its dealer job 100% wich means £££ !!! A safety option you can choose when u buy the car from dealer of course and it'll cist to change it, later.
