Engine Rattle

I get this engine rattle when idling. Though if I apply revs it goes. Anyone know what the cause could be?

Firstly welcome to the club, The noise to me sounds like exhaust manifold gasket leak, especially as it sounds louder when you move closer to left side.

Sorry missed your reply, It's not damaging to the engine IF it's only exhaust gasket, would say around £100-150 to fix depending on how much needs removing to get to it.

Also will depend on garage doing work.
