Few months back i heared some ticking/tapping/chirping noise on cold start on my IS250. It disappeared by itself and has returned on cold starts. Found the following youtube video:



The noise i am getting sounds similiar and can hear it most near the belt. Car is hitting 150k miles and has always been serviced regularly at the dealers. I dont remember them ever changing this belt. Just wondering if anyone has changed this belt? is it a easy thing to change? 150k miles on a single belt seems pretty high so i am wondering if its time i change this.
