I was going through my old documents and came across my MOT certificate I noticed it said Rear axle beam / axle rusted in the advisory. Is this something I should show a lot of concern for? MOT has about 7 months to go. Thanks in advance for any help given.

It will be surface rust and should not be a problem as the suspension was changed to tubular axle subframes on your model and unlike the original welded web beam as a lot less water traps ,Take a look underneath and as far as you can rub down the rust with a wire brush and spray the whole subframe with dinitrol wax aerosol, it is black on application and will cover any or all areas that are showing rust and prevent further rusting.
