Hello all,

Couldn't resist the colour scheme of this mature Lexus LS400 now having its 21st Birthday.

Had two Mercedes the same colour but been with black(ish) green W140 Merc the last six years and have finally got fed up looking at the rust problem. The Lexus looked immaculate and bought on chance that it would be OK. Trailered to me 200 miles. Only a bit of bubbling over driver wheelarch otherwise immaculate. Very nice. Love the sound of the V8 over my current S320. Had two V8 5 litre Mercs in the past. Great to be back to the sound.

Looking at resolving issues. Possible leaking Header tank or loose fitting cap as fluid around top of unit. Brakes a little spongy from what I'm used to. No display in the Air con unit but working beautifully and can get replacement for $120 Stateside. Gald I've read that car has a non-intereference engine as no history on cambelt change.
