Rx300 Alignment Problem?

I picked up my Preowned Certified 2000 RX 300 with only 37k miles. It is absolutely beautiful (the pearl blue color really grows on you, since everyone else seems to have either the silver or tan colors).

Problem is with my Certified Pre-Owned is that the steering wheel was not straight and the alignment is slightly off. I realize one good pothole throws off alignment, but not right off the lot. We had them adjust first and still the same problem.

Of course, being a "Certified" Pre-owned, this car is supposed to be flawless with good as new standards. HA! Don't believe that. I asked the sales person, "Isn't this just a fancy title that makes the nieve buyer feel that they are looking at the creme of the crop with your used vehicles just because your technician whipped through the inspection sheet writing in those checkmarks?" Study those so-called inspection sheets. It's all a smokescreen. THe bottom line is "Wait for the customer to complain about something, then we'll address it at our convenience."

Still waiting for the callback to schedule an appointment to have them "fix" it for the third time. Asside from this one problem, we love the car. Hopefully new problems will not surface anytime soon.
