Any One Used Denso Tyre Pressure Sensors

Has anyone ever tried these sensors as they are around for about £40 delivered so about half the price of Lexus - obviously they would have to be programmed to the car by lexus unless there is someone local to Berkshire on the LOC that has one of the programming thingymabobs (technical right??) that I could convince to help.

I thought this might have had a few replies with rockauto offering them for £20 and a mini VCI for £20 you could theoretically replace all four for the price of 1 at lexus lol.

Are DENSO the OEM? do they work with the originals if not or do you need to replace all of them for them to be programmable to the car?
