Hi mark , I too looked at the is300h but in the end went for the gs300h. I'll look forward to reading you update on how you get on with the IS300H , Barry

Thanks for the welcome. Interestingly I was considering the GS300h too but this will be a company car and, for some reason, the only version listed was the SE model. That would be fine with me as I'm not overly bothered about leather seats but I would miss the navigation (I wasn't allowed to add it as an option) and the lack of folding rear seat could be problematic when travelling.

The GS does sound a fantastic car though and, as I drive around 40,000 miles a year, something that wafts me along in near silence appeals very strongly!
