Is200 Headlamp Levelling

I know the IS headlamp levels can be adjusted in the range 0-2 from the dash control. But I need to raise the level for the '0' setting as it's far too low.

Can you adjust this from the back of the headlamp units?

If so, how . . . . . please?

yes there is a nut with a casternated type washer

The motor has gone on my nearside headlamp adjuster. The garage was able to adjust to the correct height manually but I am told that I will need a new headlamp to adjust from inside the car using the switch. Don't think I will bother for the moment.
