Ls400 Upper Control Arms ........... Arnott Inds.

Recommended Posts

Guys, just looking around in case I need some soon.

Just seen Arnott Industries, USA coy with a Dutch distribution centre.

Been around 25 years and warranty on these parts seems to be 10 years and discounted to $181 for the PAIR + shipping, tax etc.

Are they a good buy ?

I was just looking at this company the other day; they've got a really good reputation. Don't know first hand however. They offer a refurb service for Air struts - a cheap(er) alternative to new; will report back if I decide to go with them....

If I recall correctly from a few years back, Arnott UCA's were said to give problems in that the steel tapered section below the thread was the wrong shape and therefore they were a poor fit as the 'shoulder' was too narrow compared to OEM spec. I also remember people saying that they avoided using them as they didn't last too long either. They might have upped their game by now though.
