What gearbox and differential oil is needed in the is220d?

I have changed the gear and diff oils in this car before but cant remember where it was that i got the spec from.

Manual transmission oil grade SAE: 75W-90 Semi-synthetic

Manual transmission oil classification : GL-5

Manual transmission litres: 1,8

Differential oil grade - rear SAE: 75W-85 Synthetic

Differential oil classification - rear : GL-5

Differential rear litres: 1,4
