Problem With Engine Management Light

My engine management light came on, I know a porshe garage owner who put it on his diagnostic machine and fault code P1651 came up. He could not tell me what that was (only Lexus can) but he told me he had taken the engine management light off until I could get in touch with Lexus, but that it could come back again. However when we started up the car the VSC and VSC off came on, but no engine management light. Can anybody help on this? Thanks, Lester

Yes because you have a fault in the VSV system as detailed by Chris in the link, IIRC the required part is around £80.00 but it's a 5-6 hour job to replace it due to it's position so a lot of stripping down and reassembly.
