    Woooo im 21! finally i can go to the staes and have a beer! (i could legally own a gun over there for 3yrs already!) No, no nice Lexi on the drive, but i havent looked everywhere yet. Maybe its in one of the other rooms! Anyway thanks all!

    Yeah Gords is awsome Gold/Black is a good colour combo!! nice rims too! thinking about it but my max price was £9k!!! i could stretch but then getting £5grand extras would be nearly £20k on a car!!! :eeeek:....im ony 20!!! (21 tomorrow :P)

    Yeah that is nice. i like the gold n black!!ut id also like black n black! But i reckon i could get them down to 13k and at that price its a steal!!! other black/grey ones at that price have 20-30k on the clock!! @ad77: i dont think its the LE...im sure someone will be along soon to put me to shame! :P

    Going past my local toyota dealer today noticed an IS200 se on the forecourt. up for 13.5K. I Just had to take a test drive!i never drove an is200 before so i guess i lost my virginity! Such a nice drive and nearly new at 9k miles! Just wondering everyones opinion on value for money! and also the colour.

    Hello all my name is Calvin im 20 from Lincoln. Been in love with the IS200 for a few months now. Just waiting till im 21 till i can afford one and afford the insurance on one!!! Not married no kids living with folks (very cheap living!) Got a missus studing english literature at york and i just work for little old BT!!! oh dear i need a new job i cant have the missus earning more than me....can i? wanting to get into....thats right....IT!!!

    I work on BT Faults 151 (please dont beat on me because its taking 3weeks to get your phone fixed ).     Yeah the supercharger is a must!!! bit outta my price range that but for 9000 miles!!!! my civic has 200k! I have the money to get it but i was thinking of spending it on something else. But to have a car wit 9k on the clock woould be so good,, and also the resale value would be better in a few yrs

    I dont want a rock hard ride!!! I need a smooth one or the mussus will hate me and the car! No i didnt buy one today just test drove! The mussus(who hates the civic) absoulutely loved the IS and she wants one now(even tho shes got no license and is at uni half the year!). It was an SE in Damietta Quartz 53reg 9000miles for £13495. I never knew it had that big hump in the bonnet! I asked how much inc labour for the s/c. lets wait and see his price!

    sorry to resurect an old thread :P i was wondering if the tte springs affect the ride at all? Does it bump around a lot more? Do you feel those subsided manhole cover a bit more under the wheels??? I only ask as i drove the IS200 for the very first time today (yes im still :smiling:!!!) and it was an absoulutly gorgeous ride. Especially compared to my honda civic which is 100mm lowered and you can feel every little bump in the road!

    i was wondeing, id the airbox is the thing that ive dotted, what is the pipe that ive circled??? is it a link to the same type of pipe on t'other side of t'engine?

    do you have an uprated manifold and de cat pipe, or just exhaust? would uprated manifold do much?(im guessing yes). Now im thinking- s/c ind kit exhaust lowering tints blitz front lip instead of all the soundsystem ,screens, carbon fibre this n that, hoodstruts etc!

    thanks aido!!!ps nice car, think i have told u that already! cant c that on their site only the one for £185! so the s/c from prolex and the tdi induction kit from tdi-plc ??? what setups do other people have?

    Ive really been thinking about getting a s/c. I have £3k saved to do mods to my IS200 when i get it, but reading a lot of threads and people just seem to love the s/c! I was wondering what so people think is the best induction kit to get with the s/c? I was looking at the JCP IS200 induction kit from ASP. Would it be a fair statement to say that its not the best one?? What gives the loudest growl and that blow off noise people have been talking about?? oh prices and pics would be great!
