Hi Supercharged, What do u mean by "TTE mentioned, it has been rated to 250HP"? Do u mean with the TDI stage 1 pulley upgrade. -
Hi, The pistons & rods is A$1600, the conrod are second hand forged rod from IG-GTE.

U can feel a slight improvement in performance and your air con will be colder. Do not expect an increase in HP with a transmission cooler

Hi, It is a US product and the brand name is Derale. It is a unversal kit.

Hi, My car, a mid 2000 model IS200 run quite hot at stock and worst with a TTE compressor kt. But after having my exhaust header coated with thermal coating, a transmission cooler and also an aquamist water injection system, my car cools down alot, aircon cooler and ofcourse better performance. My transmission cooler is installed infront of my radiator.

Hi Mark, The problems I encountered with Buddy Club & Unichip are I can't get constant power/torque. It is even more sluggish on the Dyno as compared to stock TTE kit. According to the australian tuner who tried the unichip on my supercharged IS200 was saying my car is similar to the BMW 6 cylinder whose computer is very smart and we require a better computer like Motec or Autronic to control the stock ecu.

I have tried both Buddy Club Racing Spec ECU & Unichips on my supercharge IS200. The Buddy Club ecu was tuned by Jap tuner and Unichip by an australian tuner and both do not work on my supercharge IS200. I asked TTE for the A/F map and they are unable to provide me and in the end, I decided to go for the TTE upgraded sub ecu instead. You guys can opt for the Autronics SM2 but it is a very complicated job according to Ray Hall, Australia.
