i dont think its the coilpacks, i took 1 out and it changed completely, although it still could be 1 not fireing properly i guess hmmm... theres a clicking noise coming from the throttle body, like its constantly trying to adjust the throttle... -

right, my engine light is flashing, and feels liek im running on 5 cylinders sometimes, but not all the time and engine man light comes on flashesthen goes off randomly comes on again, erm... also under powered and got a clicking noise comeing from the throttle body and its sorter trying to turn but isn;t if you know what i mean... any ideas? coilpack? sparks? cheers

just noticed somethign thats changed and is really rather annoying... im sure when i was on here week or so ago i could view a topic and then view all the replies underneath but now its changed so that i have to click a link to see the replies in a topic, am i just being blonde to see an option to chnage this, or is this just how the forum is? cheers

what engines will fit in my lexus? ive heard somewhere that i can put a supra turbo engine in there... should be alittle quicker ;) just wondering if any major engine changed have been done to an is200, and how much this would cost roughly, i guess it would be engine, complete loom, gear box, drivetrain, er... just wondering what the easiest engine would be to put in there to run more than 300 - 400 bhp cheers

the spec sheet and 1.8ton gross weight and 1.4 kerb weight, not to sure which either means? but 1.4ton isn't that heavy..

yea, but i wouldn't mind so much if it had some power :D lol ive looked on the car spec sheet it says the is200 manual weighs around 1.8ton??!!??!!??

might loose my subs for a little while, they weigh a fair amount.. eventually iwant to supercharge the lex.. what will it do to my fuel economy? does it make a massive massive difference?

is there anything relatively cheap i can do to my is200 to save petrol, get more mpg? for a 2.0 litre ive never known anything that drinks as much!!! ive got a rover 220 turbo with around 350bhp thats only a little less economical than the lexus
